What comes in a GrowwBox?

Each GrowwBox contains 4-6 curated items focused on lifestyle, sustainability, and productivity. This includes books, eco-friendly gadgets, fitness gear, and self-care products.

Can I customize my box?

Yes! Annual subscribers can choose 2 items per box. Monthly subscribers receive our expertly curated mystery selection.

How do I skip a month?

Simply log into your dashboard, go to "My Plan", and select "Skip Month" before the 28th to avoid being billed for the upcoming box.

Dashboard FAQs

How do I access my dashboard?

Click the "Login" button in the top right corner. Once logged in, click your profile icon or "Dashboard" in the menu.

Where can I track my shipment?

Tracking numbers are posted on your Dashboard under "Order History" as soon as your box ships (usually the 5th of every month).

I forgot my password.

On the login page, click "Forgot Password". Enter your email, and we will send you a link to reset it instantly.

Payment FAQs

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

When will I be billed?

Monthly subscriptions are billed on the 1st of every month. Annual plans are billed once upfront with a 20% discount.

How do I update my billing info?

Go to your Dashboard > Settings > Billing Methods to add or remove cards.
